Important Brewing Tip

Do not use boiling water.

For the best flavor and to help preserve the functional ingredients, bring your water to a boil, then let it cool for 1-2 minutes before mixing with IronRise.

Recommended water temperature: 175-195°F (80-90°C)

Using water that's too hot can create a more bitter cup and may reduce the quality of some of the functional ingredients over time. Giving the water a minute to cool results in a smoother, better-tasting brew while helping you get the most out of every scoop.
